By using yourwebsitetoday.com (“we,” “us,” “our”) and purchasing our services, you (“client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms.

1. Services

YourWebsiteToday provides a managed website service including custom design, logo design, hosting, SEO, and ongoing maintenance. All services are described on our website and within the project brief at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing & Payment

Professional website design is provided free of charge ($0 upfront) as part of your active service subscription. Customers choose between a monthly subscription of $99/mo or an annual subscription of $25/mo (billed annually). Your subscription covers hosting, security, unlimited updates, and support.

Billing begins immediately upon signup. There is no free trial period. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing active subscriptions.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver your completed website within 24 hours of receiving your project brief and payment. Delivery timelines may vary based on request complexity and current order volume. Delivery is considered complete when we send the link to your live website or a notification email.

4. Unlimited Updates & Edits

Your subscription includes unlimited content and design updates for the life of your active plan. An update includes changes to text, images, and existing layout elements. Significant rebuilds or requests for new pages/features outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees or plan upgrades.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The website designed and delivered is provided free of charge (a value of approximately $3,000) as a managed service. The website, including all code, custom design work, and framework, remains the intellectual property of YourWebsiteToday. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the website for as long as your subscription remains active.

You maintain 100% ownership of all text, branding, and images you provide. Upon cancellation or non-payment, your license to use the website terminates and the site will be taken offline. The website design, layout, and code cannot be exported or moved to another hosting provider.

6. Portfolio Usage

Unless you opt out by emailing support@yourwebsitetoday.com, we may use your completed website in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.

7. Hosting & Maintenance

Your subscription includes premium cloud hosting, SSL certificate, and 24/7 security monitoring. If your subscription is cancelled, your website will remain live until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be taken offline. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information in your project brief. You confirm that any materials you provide are owned by you or that you have the legal right to use them.

9. Limitation of Liability

YourWebsiteToday is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost revenue). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, or rankings.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard or by emailing support@yourwebsitetoday.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining time on a billing cycle.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
